Concentrated solution of silanes, siloxanes, and organic polymers, suitably catalysed and carried in apolar solvents. It waterproofs horizontal surfaces with macroporosity and fine cracks, eliminating water infiltration without the need for radical refurbishment of walkable surfaces.

The protective ML 30 is therefore recommended for the waterproofing of terraces, balconies, and horizontal, inclined, or vertical surfaces. The product is also available in a ready-to-use format (ML 30 READY TO USE).
