SOLVENT-BASED WATER REPELLENTS

BSR 80 PLUS
A concentrated siloxane-based Hydrophobic agent for the treatment of mineral substrates with medium to low absorption, requiring dilution in an organic solvent. BSR 80 PLUS features a strong beading effect, excellent alkali resistance, good penetration, and preserves the natural colour of the substrate. It is also suitable for treating salt efflorescence and nitrates.
BSR 100 ECO
A 100% concentrated, high-performance siloxane hydrophobic agent suitable for all types of mineral substrates, such as travertine, quartzite, marble, granite, etc. BSR 100 ECO can be diluted in an organic solvent and offers a strong beading effect, excellent alkali resistance, good penetration into the substrate, rapid reactivity, and maintains the natural appearance of the surface. It is recommended for treatments against salt efflorescence and nitrates.
BSR 102
An oligomeric siloxane-based hydrophobic agent, suitable for the treatment of mineral substrates with medium to low absorption, requiring dilution in an organic solvent. BSR 102 is characterised by a strong beading effect, excellent alkali resistance, high reactivity with the substrate, good penetration, and it preserves the natural colour of the surface.
BSO 166
A 100% concentrated alkyl alkoxy siloxane, dilutable in organic solvents. BSO 166 is a universal hydrophobic agent with high penetration for mineral substrates, featuring anti-salt properties and suitable as a paintable primer for mineral (silicate, lime), silicone, and acrylic coatings.
BSM 40 SKI
A ready-to-use alkyl silane-based hydrophobic agent with 40% active content for the treatment of natural stones (such as travertine, Carrara marble, etc.) and mineral substrates. BSM 40 SKI offers deep penetration, stability against alkalis, long-lasting durability, and maintains the natural colour of the substrate. It is particularly suitable for Monumental Restoration.

VP 91503 ECO
A concentrated silane monomer-based water repellent in aqueous emulsion for the treatment of absorbent silicate mineral materials. VP 91503 ECO provides deep penetration into the substrate, strong beading effect, excellent resistance to alkalis and salts, and preserves the natural colour of the substrate.
BSE 9356
A concentrated oligomeric silane-based Hydrophobic agents in aqueous emulsion for the treatment of absorbent silicate mineral materials. BSE 9356 offers good substrate penetration, strong beading effect, high resistance to alkalis and salts, and maintains the natural colour of the substrate.
VP 3547 PLUS
A concentrated water-dilutable Hydrophobic Agent, ideal for the protection of natural stone. It provides effective protection for granite surfaces from oil and grease stains. The product is also suitable for simplifying the maintenance of porcelain stoneware.
PS 18 W
A concentrated propylsiliconate-based Hydrophobic Agent, dilutable in demineralised water, suitable for treating highly absorbent mineral substrates, particularly terracotta, cement-based products, mineral substrates, and plaster. It is stable even on alkaline substrates. PS 18 W features deep penetration, strong lotus effect, excellent resistance to alkalis and salts, while preserving the natural colour of the substrate.
HS 15 W
A concentrated methylsiliconate-based Hydrophobic Agent, to be diluted in demineralised water, suitable for protecting highly absorbent mineral substrates, especially terracotta, cement-based products, and mineral substrates. HS 15 W is characterised by deep penetration, strong beading effect, and anti-salt properties, while maintaining the natural colour of the substrate.
VP 1805
A next-generation, silane-modified Hydrophobic Agent with a beading effect, dilutable in water with zero VOC emissions. It is non-toxic, deeply penetrating, invisible, and breathable.
VP 1785
A next-generation, silane-modified Hydrophobic Agent, dilutable in water with zero VOC emissions. It is non-toxic, deeply penetrating, invisible, breathable, and also suitable for creating chemical barriers against rising damp.
